1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CYBERZERS WAF ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CYBERZERS WAF provides a PHP-based web application firewall solution including a management panel, security engine (Waf.php), and related tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Perform unauthorized access or attacks against any system.
Distribute malware or malicious code.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.
Reverse engineer or decompile the WAF engine without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, documentation, and related materials of CYBERZERS WAF are the intellectual property of CYBERZERS Security. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own websites.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will detect or block 100% of security threats. Security is a shared responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYBERZERS Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the contact page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
